It’s been a chaotic week here in Congress, to say the least. Tensions erupted as Republicans butted heads and nearly started a fist fight in the middle of a hearing – you’d think you were watching a reality show instead of C-SPAN.
But it’s time to get serious. The election is less than a year away and our work to put levelheaded leaders back in charge of the House has never been more important.
Here at Peters HQ, we’re already hard at work. Just this month, we began planning to open a new office in San Marcos, and we’re mapping out our staffing and voter outreach plans for the coming months.
