Building on a strong team of diverse experts in their fields, Governor JB Pritzker announced the following appointment in his administration

Timi Ngoboh will serve as a Member of the Eastern Illinois University Board of Trustees.* Ngoboh has over 25 years of financial and information technology experience. He currently serves as Senior Manager of the Robotic Process Automation and AI team for Discover Financial Services, where he spearheads the implementation of 70 automated processes that provide $25 million in annual cost savings. He has also served as Senior Project Manager for Discover Personal Loans Recovery Systems and Senior Associate for Recovery System Support and Analysis. Prior to his time with Discover Financial Services, Ngoboh worked for both JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America. Ngoboh received a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Illinois University, a Master of Business Administration from Roosevelt University, and a Doctor of Business Administration in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool.
