Democrats have a big year ahead of us. We’re laying the groundwork to defeat Lauren Boebert and reelect Yadira Caraveo, end the era of Republican majorities in local offices, and protect our legislative majorities here in Colorado. On top of that, we’ll be running our State Convention & Assembly process this spring, and then sending delegates to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago later in the summer!

On March 23, 2024, the Colorado Democratic Party will host the 7th Annual Obama Gala [[link removed]] and the first-ever Colorado DemFest [[link removed]] at The Brighton in Denver, Colorado! This year’s theme will be a celebration of working people and the labor unions that built Colorado’s middle class.
This gala is one of the best opportunities to show your support in 2024. It is our biggest single fundraiser of the year, and we’re making some changes to make it an even more fun way to celebrate our Party and our diverse coalition!

Introducing the first annual Colorado DemFest!
We are so excited to announce the first-ever Colorado DemFest. Colorado DemFest will be a free all-day event to build community and momentum for the year. Inspired by the determination, organization, and success of labor unions across the country, the Colorado DemFest will be a chance to learn and connect with fellow Democrats and our friends in Labor.
And in the spirit of organizing, it will be a day filled with meet and greets with your elected officials, candidates for every level of government, candidates for Democratic National Committee Member and national convention delegate, and some special surprises along the way.

The Colorado DemFest and the Obama Gala on March 23, 2024, will kick off new annual events that the Colorado Democratic Party will hold in Grand Junction and in Pueblo later in the year. We’re looking forward to sharing more about those brand-new events in the coming weeks.
