A Deal with China on Fentanyl

Some early news out of the APEC Conference being held this week in San Francisco was a story from Reuters that the US and the People’s Republic of China were preparing to enter into an agreement to control the flow of fentanyl and its precursor chemicals originating in the PRC and which make their way to the illicit and highly fatal drug markets in the US.
