Dear John,
The steel and manufacturing industry is the foundation of Northwest Indiana’s economy, and that’s why I’m proud to constantly advocate for and have the back of all working families and our incredible unions.
Recently, the U.S. Department of Energy awarded a grant to Purdue University Northwest for a project dedicated to finding ways steelmakers can continue to reduce harmful carbon emissions and ensure our region can continue to make the best steel in the world.
Now, I’m hoping you’ll join me in supporting these efforts to improve our environment and the strength of the domestic steel industry — because both are vital to making Northwest Indiana an even better place to live, work, and thrive.
Add your name now if you agree: We must prioritize creating a greener future and more economic opportunities for Northwest Indiana.
Thank you for signing on,
Frank
