Docket No. 20003-229-EM-23 (Record No. 17443) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission?s (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP or the Company), requesting authority to implement Transmission Cost Adjustment Mechanism (TCAM) rates of $0.03041 per kilowatt hour (kWh) Residential, $0.02594 per kWh Commercial, $0.02187 per kWh Secondary General Service, $0.01983 per kWh Primary General Service, $0.02129 per kWh Industrial Contract Service, $0.01890 per kWh for Industrial Transmission Service, and $0.01578 per kWh for Lighting Service.
