President Trump is trying to destroy the Affordable Care Act in its entirety in federal court. But that’s not all — he’s trying to slash healthcare funding, too.  
 
In his latest budget proposal, the President has proposed cutting healthcare programs by nearly $1 trillion:

The Hill: “President Trump’s proposed budget includes about $1 trillion in cuts to Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act over a decade…”

 
While the White House is trying to take away access to healthcare from millions of Americans, here in California, we’re doing the exact opposite. 
 
We’re fighting to reduce prescription drug costs, making healthcare more affordable for working families, and expanding women’s access to care — all while defending the 133 million Americans with pre-existing conditions who President Trump wants to abandon. 
 
We shouldn’t cut nearly $1 trillion from the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid — not now, not ever. Team, will you join me in signing your name to stand up to President Trump’s deadly budget proposal?
