Skagit County and the Skagit County HOME Consortium have opened two Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs) detailing the availability of HOME-ARP funding for eligible rental housing projects in Skagit County and Island County in the following approximate amounts: $1,541,906.81(Skagit); $710,157.26(Island). Please see the NOFAs for details regarding project eligibility; HOME-ARP funding requirements; application timelines; and other pertinent information.

Skagit County will host a HOME-ARP Rental Housing Information Session for interested parties on November 30, 2023 at 10:30am via Microsoft Teams. This information session can be joined using the Teams link provided below:
