Last week, Governor Moore, Congressman Steny Hoyer, our Senators, County Executive Alsobrooks, and many more elected officials joined together for an event to announce that the new national FBI headquarters will be built in Greenbelt, Maryland!

This announcement is a big deal for our state! It will help create jobs, boost our economy, and allow the FBI to work effectively with other nearby federal agencies. It will also save American taxpayers over $1 billion from an alternative site in Virginia. While so much work remains, relocating the FBI to Maryland is one of many ways we’re improving our state, and I am proud to continue to help push us forward!
