Giving Tuesday is just around the corner, and the New Pennsylvania Project will be holding our 2nd Annual Give Day with the goal of raising $5,000 to support year-round voter registration, civic education and mobilization centering Black, Indigenous and other people of color, immigrant communities and the youth across Pennsylvania.

Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past 11 years, this idea has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
The New Pennsylvania Project, along with the affiliated New PA Project Education Fund, has collected 30,000 voter registration forms in two years of operation and mobilized many of those first-time voters to the polls! This hard work led to Pennsylvania experiencing “the highest turnout for an odd-year election in at least a quarter-century,” according to AP News.
Now, with the critical 2024 presidential elections just around the corner, we will need to double down on our efforts. And we won’t be able to do this without you.
Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 28th and join us virtually on social media as we highlight stories from the ground, testimonials from registered voters, live updates from staff in all seven focused regions across Pennsylvania and successes from this past election cycle!
As we countdown to this exciting day, please help us reach our goal of raising $5,000 this Giving Tuesday!
Giving isn't just about making a donation; it's about making a difference in our community.
Thank you for your support,
Katy Personette
