NCAA Swimming Champion and Save Women's Sports activist, Riley Gaines, will be our Keynote Speaker! While in college, Riley was forced to compete against male swimmer Will/Lia Thomas. You will not want to miss her testimony and what she is doing to protect female sports! Riley had a major impact in helping Texas pass the Save Women's Sports bill. 

Kelly Shackelford, one of of the best constitutional lawyers in the country, President & CEO of First Liberty Institute, and one of our Texas Values board members, will be a featured speaker at this event!  

Mark Davis, also a featured speaker, is one of the most long-running and well-known talk radio show hosts in Texas and America! Mark has a show in the DFW area that airs live from 7 a.m.–10 a.m. every weekday, on 660 AM The Answer'.

It will be an exciting and informative event at beautiful Gleneagles Country Club where we will share the victories won during the 88th Legislative Session, as well as, the victories we saw during subsequent special sessions! 

This week the Texas Values policy team testified at the Texas State Board of Education to advocate for Science instructional materials that hold a balanced approach to theories and allow students to learn about the truth of the origin of life. (Genesis 1). However, you still have time to tell the TX State Board of Education to Vote “No” on Textbooks that push 'Evolution-only' theories, that 'People Come from Monkeys', & LGBT themes.

As a result of Texas Values efforts at the meeting, many textbooks have been voted down or allowed the opportunity to edit their books. But the final vote will be taken Friday, November 17. The SBOE must reject books that present evolution as fact and suggest that 'humans came from monkeys' as the only truth.

The SBOE will take a vote on the textbooks today, Friday,  November 17, at 9 a.m.
Email your SBOE member & tell them to vote for Science instructional materials that focus on the facts by Friday, November 17.
