This beautiful, warming, wintery tale is the story of a bother of a boy, a mithered mother and a grand old brass band of a granddad. All set in the village of knitters, with fingers flicking and needles clicking - this is a place where every new Christmas jumper has a tale to tell.
Inspired by the famous Aesop fable this wonderful play sees a gifted group of actor-musicians become a whole host of hilarious characters, including the baaarmy sheep, and perhaps even a scary wolf or two.
BSL interpreted and relaxed performances are also available.

Tickets are selling fast for the Christmas Market at the Castle next weekend!
It's in Nottingham have just announced that Our Dementia Choir will be performing on the bandstand on Saturday 25 November at 4pm. The choir was originally created by Vicky McClure as part of a BBC documentary in 2018, which saw the Nottingham-born star explore music's ability to combat the effects of dementia.
They will join several other performances across the weekend, including the Carlton Male Voice Choir, Limelight Orchestra, street entertainment and Morris dancing. Visitors will also be able to browse over 35 independent stallholders as part of the market.
Entry is just £1 per person and includes access to the Christmas Market, Nottingham Castle and grounds. Existing Nottingham Castle annual pass holders can enter for free. Booking in advance is recommended as walk ups will be subject to capacity only.
