Mob of Pro-Palestine Protestors Storm DNC Headquarters in Washington D.C.

Daily Wire: U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) evacuated the area around the Democratic National Committee (DNC) headquarters in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday night responding to a protest that resulted in multiple arrests and injured officers. An estimated 200 demonstrators gathered outside of the DNC to protest U.S. support for Israel’s war on Hamas in the Gaza Strip. The protest, organized in part by the anti-Israel group If Not Now, called for President Joe Biden to push for a ceasefire between Israel and the terror group. The protest deteriorated into a riot through the evening. Police warned people away from the area and evacuated bystanders and some top lawmakers away from the DNC after the gathering became violent (Daily Wire). Scott Presler: Pro-Palestine rioters are clashing with Capitol Police outside of the DNC headquarters in DC. This is an insurrection (X). Benny Johnson: Police try to stop Pro-Palestine protesters from storming the DNC Headquarters in DC (X). Dom Lucre: There is currently a terrifying insurrection outside the DNC headquarters in Washington. Far-left pro-Palestine rioter are fighting with police as they attempt to breach the headquarters. Jewish Students Sue New York University Over Refusal to Enforce Antisemitism Policies
CNN: Three Jewish students are suing New York University over its alleged failure to enforce its anti-discrimination policies, claiming their civil rights were violated over the university’s handling of discrimination and harassment against Jewish students. Bella Ingber, Sabrina Maslavi and Saul Tawil – each a junior attending NYU – allege in the civil action filed Tuesday that NYU created a hostile educational environment that subjected them and other Jewish students to “pervasive acts of hatred, discrimination, harassment, and intimidation” in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The students “have been forced to run a campus gauntlet of verbal and physical harassment, threats, and intimidation” and claims their complaints have been “ignored, slow-walked, or met with gaslighting by NYU administrators” since the October 7 Hamas terror attacks in Israel, the lawsuit claims (CNN). National Review: The lawsuit calls for “concrete remedial measures,” including terminating staff “responsible for the antisemitic abuse permeating the school” and suspending or expelling students. The lawsuit also demands compensatory damages for the plaintiffs, who say they have “been robbed of their college experience.” The lawsuit insinuates that NYU has received “a massive influx of foreign, concealed donations from authoritarian regimes” (National Review).

Manifesto of Osama Bin Laden Goes Viral on TikTok, Leftists Love It
Spencer Brown: It’s not news that TikTok is a Chinese Communist Party-controlled tool used by the genocidal regime to push certain narratives to users in the United States, sow discord, and promote false ideas. What is new, however, is the latest viral trend on the platform that makes it seemingly apparent that a psyop, for lack of a better word, is underway to promote pro-terrorist and anti-Israel, anti-America views to millions of Americans. In the past few days, thousands of TikToks have been posted in which users are effusively gushing about Osama Bin Laden’s “Letter to America,” a deranged manifesto released following al-Qaeda’s September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States that saw 2,977 innocent people murdered on U.S. soil in Manhattan, Northern Virginia, and a field in Pennsylvania (Townhall). Reporter Allie Beth Stuckey: Every one of these people is a leftist, and they’re all concluding that *Osama Bin Laden* was the good guy, and that 9/11 was justified because of “occupier” (American) oppression. They argue that terrorism is commendable “resistance” (X). Ben Shapiro: This is because the West has taught an entire generation of its children that the West is itself evil and ought to be destroyed. These are the wages of that pathetic lack of self-confidence (X). Reporter David Burge: If you kids think Bin Laden made some good points, wait’ll I tell you about a vegetarian former art student with an ironic mustache whose impassioned manifesto about the Zionist oppression of his people sparked a worldwide movement (X).

NYC Mayor Eric Adams Slashes Police, Education Budgets for Illegal Immigrants
Daily Wire: New York City Democratic Mayor Eric Adams announced Thursday that his administration would be making significant cuts affecting NYPD and Education Department budgets, saying the cuts are necessary to deal with the ongoing illegal immigration crisis. Adams’ budget cuts will freeze police hiring. The budget cuts will also slash the city’s Education Department budget by more than $1 billion over the next two years, affecting school programs and libraries. The cuts to the NYPD come just a month after Adams said the Big Apple needs more police officers as the city faces a rise in felony and misdemeanor assaults and car thefts (Daily Wire). Daily Mail: The mayor announced a $110.5 billion budget, claiming cuts across all departments were necessary after the city spent $1.45 billion in fiscal 2023 on the migrant crisis. The city is predicted to spend approximately $12 billion on the ongoing migrant crisis within the next two years. The budget cuts would cause NYPD officers to be cut by a fifth, or 13.5 percent, by postponing the next five academy classes, bringing officers below 30,000 – down from 36,000 (Daily Mail).

Anheuser-Busch’s U.S. Marketing Chief to Resign
Daily Wire: Anheuser-Busch’s U.S. marketing chief Benoit Garbe will resign at the end of the year after the beer company’s sales disaster following its marketing campaign with trans-identifying male influencer Dylan Mulvaney. Garbe, who’s been in charge of the company’s U.S. portfolio of beers, canned cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages since 2021, “will be resigning at the end of the year in order to embark on a new chapter in his career,” Anheuser-Busch said in a statement (Daily Wire). NBC: Bud Light sales plunged. Experts said Modelo Especial would have become the top U.S. beer in the near future anyway, but the combination of the two brands’ sales trajectories and the boycotts gave it the title sooner. The company tried to escape the controversy and win back people who were swearing off Bud Light. Whitworth said in a statement on April 14 that the company “never intended to be part of a discussion that divides people.” The marketing shake-up continued in July as the company said it would lay off 350 employees, or around 2% of its U.S. staff. Shares of Anheuser-Busch’s parent company, AB InBev, fell from about $66 to $45 at the height of the controversy. They have since recovered most of those losses and closed at about $61 on Wednesday (NBC).

Gag Order in President Trump’s Civil Fraud Trial Temporarily Lifted
NBC: A New York appeals court on Thursday temporarily blocked a gag order in former President Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial that barred him from complaining about the judge’s law clerk. The Appellate Division judge ordered the stay after Trump’s attorneys appealed the gag order that Judge Arthur Engoron had put in place as being “unconstitutional.” In a brief handwritten ruling Thursday, Appellate Division Justice David Friedman said he was granting an interim stay on the gag order given the “constitutional and statutory rights at issue.” The pause will remain in place until at least Nov. 27, when a full panel of appeals court judges will consider the matter (NBC). AG Andrew Bailey: We have filed a brief to reverse the unconstitutional gag order against President Trump. The gag order stifles his ability to speak freely ahead of the 2024 presidential election and denies Americans the right to hear free debate from all presidential candidates (X).

Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) Introduces Legislation Imposing Term Limits for Unelected Members of Federal Government
National Review: Senator Roger Marshall (R., Kan.) introduced a new bill Wednesday evening that would impose twelve-year term limits on federal employees. The “Tenure Evaluation and Rotation Mandate Act,” if passed and enacted, would prevent unelected officials in executive agencies from making lifelong careers in the federal government. There are notable exceptions under the proposed legislation, however. Presidential appointees, federal law-enforcement officers, military-service members, and Department of Defense employees are all exempt, according to the bill’s text. The “TERM Act” accounts for current federal employees who serve in one or more positions during their tenure, prohibiting them from serving past twelve years in most cases. For example, if current employees serve at least nine years, they have a three-year window to find another job upon enactment of the legislation so that nobody is fired on the spot (National Review).

Media Runs Cover for Palestinian Protestor Who Killed Pro-Israel Demonstrator
National Review: Loay Alnaji, a computer science professor at Ventura County Community College, was arrested Thursday morning and charged with involuntary manslaughter after he was involved in a deadly confrontation with pro-Israel demonstrator Paul Kessler. In early November, Kessler died of his wounds following “a physical altercation with counter-protestor(s),” in Los Angeles, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement afterward. “During the altercation, Kessler fell backward and struck his head on the ground. The Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of death to be blunt force head injury and the manner of death homicide,” the statement continued. The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles issued a statement in response to Kessler’s death, insisting that he was assaulted with a megaphone by a pro-Palestinian protester (National Review). Reporter Joe Concha: Arrest made in death of Jewish man who fell and hit his head.” If Paul Kessler simply fell and hit his head, why would an arrest have to be made? Why was bail set at $1 million? This. Is. CNN (X).

Florida Lawmakers Look to Revoke Scholarships to Students Who Support Terror Organizations
Politico: Florida college students who “promote” Hamas and other designated terrorist organizations could have their scholarships, grants and other benefits yanked from them under a new bill proposed Wednesday by Republican lawmakers. The idea is the latest attempt by Florida policymakers to punish college students who are expressing support for Palestinians as the Israel-Hamas war rages on with tensions enflamed on campuses across the country. Already, Florida has attempted to disband Students for Justice in Palestine groups at two state universities while Gov. Ron DeSantis on the GOP presidential campaign trail pledges to cancel student visas for anyone sharing “common cause with Hamas” (Politico).
