“Hamas has already said publicly that they plan on attacking Israel again like they did before,” the President said, “cutting babies’ heads off…burning women and children alive…and so, the idea that [Israel is] going to just stop and not do anything is not realistic.”
“I ask the rhetorical question: I wonder what we would do.”
President Biden also highlighted the war crimes perpetrated by Hamas by using its hospitals to hide its terrorism.

Today, the IDF uncovered more weapons inside the Shifa Hospital. Grenades, AK-47 rifles, knives, and handcuffs were found in a Hamas pickup truck used in the October 7 massacre.
Israel also discovered a Hamas tunnel in the hospital complex, and published this video showing the tunnel entrance.
Tragically, the body of 65-year-old Yehudit Weiss – who was taken hostage on October 7 – was found in a building next to the hospital. Weiss worked with kindergarten kids in southern Israel and was battling cancer. She was brutally abducted by Hamas from her home in Kibbutz Be’eri, after her husband was murdered in the attack. We mourn with her family and grieve with all those who have lost their loved ones.

Just one day after 290,000 pro-Israel Americans rallied peacefully on the National Mall, a mob of 150 anti-Israel activists demanding a ceasefire blocked the DNC headquarters in Washington, D.C. and attacked Capitol Police officers. Democratic leadership was forced to evacuate the building for their safety.
