This week marks American Education Week, a commemoration started over 100 years ago to honor our public schools, and all of the people who keep them running. From school support staff, educators, librarians, crossing guards, to countless others, every school-based professional plays a role in providing our children with the environment they need for success.
They work tirelessly to support our nation’s public schools and prepare our students for bright futures. Join us in thanking the thousands of educators and staff across the country who make our public schools what they are.
Sign our virtual thank you card today to show our gratitude for the hard work and dedication it takes to keep our schools and students safe and set for success.
Educators and school staff are critical to students' success both inside and outside of the classroom. They help provide the next generation with the tools they need to enter the world and make a difference.
However, it is not always easy for them. Under-funding and inequities in funding make educators' already challenging jobs all the more difficult.
That is why the work we do at Their Future PAC is so important. We know the challenges facing today’s students and educators in the public school system and are putting in the work to address them. With your support, we will fight against the inequities in our education system and work to protect our public education system that is currently under attack by the extreme right.
Their Future PAC is committed to ensuring that all children have access to a high quality education. Sign here to let educators know that you support Safe, Just & Equitable Schools for their students.
The dedicated staff in our schools deserve our thanks year round–the least we can do is deliver them a thoughtful “thank you” card this week. To continue showing them our gratitude, it’s crucial that we promote investment in education throughout the year, not just during American Education Week.
Together, we can protect education as a fundamental human right for every child in this country.
Thank you,
Annie
