Friend,
We're seeing the labor rights movement in full force, and our momentum keeps building.
The historic four-month SAG-AFTRA union strike just ended with a powerful victory for actors. But it's not just Hollywood — the whole country is seeing the power of unions to make life better for workers.
Earlier this year, The Teamsters union used the threat of a record-setting strike by 340,000 members at UPS to achieve better wages, air conditioning for their vans in the summer heat, and more.
Here in California, we stood with hotel workers striking for fair compensation and benefits as housing prices continue to soar — and we WON a fair agreement for workers at the Biltmore in downtown Los Angeles. Now we need the rest of these businesses to follow suit.

Despite these successes, union membership is declining, and it's time to take action. Sepi is committed to passing the PRO Act and introducing tax incentives for businesses that embrace unions, but she needs our help to win this race and fight for workers in Congress.
We can't be stopped, friend, When we organize and fight for our rights, demanding fair wages, benefits, and respect — we WIN. Will you power our pro-labor movements and help us win justice and a brighter future for all with a donation today? [[link removed]]

Strengthening unions also means repealing "right-to-work" laws which mislead workers about the benefits of organizing, tilt the power balance toward big corporations, and weaken union power.
As Mayor of West Hollywood, Sepi worked to raise the minimum wage to the highest in the nation, while supporting small businesses as the transition took place. And at every step of the way, we're about supporting workers AND strengthening our small business community.
It's time to give workers the voice they deserve. Let's work together to make sure EVERY worker has a real seat at the table and tip the scales toward equality, fairness, and justice. [[link removed]]
