Every year, Emerge women do what polls and pundits call impossible – building a democracy that truly reflects our multiracial, multicultural communities. But Emerge understands that real representation is a winning strategy, John, and we’ve got the numbers to prove it.

Emerge candidates achieved a 74% WIN rate in this year's elections so far. Women of the New American Majority (NAM) – Black, Brown, and Indigenous women, women of color, LGBTQ+ women, young and unmarried women – achieved a win rate of 72%, and our first-time candidates have a win rate of 56% so far (which is more than four times the rate for non-Emerge candidates).

Our impressive win rate, year after year, shows that communities are ready for Democratic women to lead and for excluded voices to be heard at every level of office. We urgently need candidates who know and live in their communities, and who are committed to policies that will serve their communities.

Right now, we need to be energized by our victories and build our momentum for the fight ahead. The stakes are high, but we’re up to the challenge as long as we have your support.
