I’ve been out knocking on doors for the last couple months and the responses from the people we're talking to are really positive. Folks are really excited about the money they can save [[link removed]] to improve their homes, buy electric cars, and more. Check out some of the conversations we’re having in the field:

Normina in Whitefish Bay knew very little about Biden's Affordable Clean Energy Plan and spent the conversation with our canvasser digging into the plan's specifics. She considered installing solar panels onto her roof in the past, but needed to figure out how much she could save. After learning about the resources on the Wisconsin Conservation Voters website [[link removed]], she wanted to check it out and gave her contact info to our canvasser. She hopes to get her questions about solar panels answered and intends to stay in touch with us to hear about other ways she could save.

Kristina in Madison has already had a home energy audit. She also added a new heat pump and water heater to her home. In the future, she has plans to insulate her basement. In total, she said she has saved $7,500. She is passionate about preserving the environment and plans to do more when she can.

Robert in Madison told us he was interested in getting windows put in to weatherize his home. He wasn't aware he could save money on this project and was glad to learn about the rebates and tax credits. He asked for one of our yard signs so he can put it up after he finishes these modifications on his home.
