We simply cannot afford more climate-polluting projects like this one. A new analysis revealed that the entire ground-to-combustion lifecycle of liquified natural gas (LNG) would be just as dirty as burning coal — and in some cases, even worse. To put it into perspective, the proposed CP2 gas export project would be twenty times the annual emissions of the Willow drilling project recently approved in Alaska.

Stopping this is critical. This past summer was the hottest on record, causing illness, death, and damage around the world.
