Our Time Is Now: How to Put Youth in Power
JOIN THE MOVEMENT [[link removed]]
Thank you to everyone who extended their love and support for A New Deal for Youth (ND4Y)’s second Week of Action! From November 12 to November 14, 2023, ND4Y Changemakers engaged with policymakers, built community, shared the importance of our Demands [[link removed]] , and had fun!
As Changemaker Elina Salikhova said, "Thank you for making this week so productive and unforgettable! You guys are the hope for the future of this country. Stay safe everyone! Can't wait to continue the work!"
We hope our Week of Action demonstrated the importance of taking action, building community, and advocating for yourself and others. And though the week is over, we encourage you all to continue engaging in these virtual actions and supporting our young people and their leadership!

The New Deal for Youth Policy Platform [[link removed]] advances radical and interconnected policy ideas that transform current systems while also centering racial, gender, and social justice. Our policies seek to redefine whose expertise, experiences, and systems of knowledge are valued, understanding that young people not only deserve a seat at the decision-making table, but can also shake the table and create the menu. We believe in actively combatting classist and racist systems, championing models that empower communities, and amplifying the voices of young people as decision-makers in the future of our greater society.
