Help Inspire the Next Generation of Skilled Trades in Residential Construction
CHBA BC

CHBA BC's Workforce Development program is now recruiting Ambassadors in all regions of the province to promote the skilled trades in their communities. If you are passionate about your career in construction and have worked in the skilled trades for five-plus years, we would like to talk to you about this volunteer opportunity.

The Workforce Development (WD) program, which started earlier this year, with an initiative by the Minister of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills, is set to promote skilled trades and construction as a career choice. The focus of the initiative is to raise awareness of construction and skilled trades.

Please reach out to Dani Ferenc, CHBA BC Workforce Development Program at [email protected] if you're interested in sharing your experience to inspire B.C.'s next generation of home builders and skilled tradespeople.
