Life of a Pig - Our Latest Video
Exposing the Harsh Realities of the
Animal Agriculture Industry
In the latest video in our “Life of a Farmed Animal” series, we introduce you to Benny, a tiny piglet who had the misfortune of being born into the pork industry. In this heartbreaking video, you’ll learn not only what it’s like to be a piglet born into this cruel industry, but about the tragic lives the pork industry forces their mothers to endure. This video exposes the truth about pork the industry tries so hard to hide.
The best way to stop the cruelty Benny and millions of other pigs endure at the hands of the pork industry is to stop eating pork. You can stop the suffering of all farmed animals by going vegan today.
If you’re a federal employee, here's your chance to make an even greater impact for animals. The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is currently accepting pledges to support nonprofits, and we invite federal employees to contribute to Animal Outlook. Your gift will help animals by exposing the truth and inspiring change. To locate us in the approved list of charities, please use our CFC# 10468.
Opportunity to Be Part of
Legal Action for Animals
Do you or your family avoid dairy for religious reasons?
If so, you may be able to help us challenge the federal government’s promotion of dairy through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
The NSLP is a federally assisted meal program with the important mission of providing low-cost or free lunches to children in public and nonprofit private schools. But NSLP’s rules make it difficult or impossible for participants to get vegan substitutes to dairy milk, even if abstinence from dairy milk is part of a religious practice.
Animal Outlook is interested in talking with people who have been affected by these NSLP rules. Specifically, we are looking for people whose situation is:
1. Someone at a public or non-profit private school.
2. An individual (parent, student, teacher, staff, etc.) trying to:
a) Exercise religious beliefs by abstaining from dairy milk –and–
b) Get plant-based substitutes to dairy milk.
3. This person faces a hurdle to getting the dairy substitutes.
Please note:
Your religion may require you to avoid dairy all the time or only sometimes (e.g., for specific fasts or in specific contexts).
Your religion does not need to be “mainstream” — it can be personal to you.
You are entitled to believe that your religion prohibits you from consuming dairy, even if others who practice your religion disagree.
If you or someone you know might be a fit, please contact Animal Outlook’s legal team using the button below.
As a non-profit organization, Animal Outlook relies on donations from caring, generous people like you. Every dollar matters. Your support makes a world of difference to farmed animals.
