Hi John, As we enter the holiday season, it’s a time to be grateful for everything we have, but also remember those that aren’t as fortunate. Hunger is the greatest threat to children today. 153 million children around the world are facing food insecurity.
When children are hungry, they can’t learn, play or dream. The effects of conflict, inequality, and poverty are making the hunger crisis worse by the day, and we’re fed up. Aren’t you? Get Fed Up and Fundraise to Help Children! Here are a few ideas to get you started. - Host a Friendsgiving and encourage your guests to donate. Ask those attending to make a donation to support childhood nutrition and spark a dialogue about the importance of this issue. Include a fundraising link in your invitation.
-
Ask for donations as gifts. Maybe you’re hard to shop for or feel you have too much clutter in your life (do you really need another mug?). Let others know a donation (no matter how big or small) to help feed hungry kids would be very appreciated.
-
Have an end of year company party coming up? Ask if you can set up a donation area at the party with information about the cause and how to donate.

Prefer to collect donations offline? Please convert all cash donations to check form and mail in with this donation form.
Questions or just want to share what you’re planning? Email us at [email protected]. We’d love to hear from you! Together, we can help children fight for their childhoods and feed their futures.
