John, we have bad news:

We missed our mid-quarter fundraising goal – by just $2,557.

I’m not one to accept failure. So many of the systems that were supposed to keep me safe failed me – so I vowed not to fail my community. So here’s what we’re gonna do:

We’re extending our deadline – but just by one day. Now, I’m counting on you more than ever to make sure we hit the full amount of our goal before this final deadline.

And look, I’m not asking just for me. It’s for all of us. Every single dollar raised will go directly towards supporting our people-powered movement to bring progress to MD-06 – progress like protected access to reproductive healthcare, Medicare for All, union-backed jobs, affordable housing, and community development.

But John, all of that progress is at risk if we don’t bring in that $2,557 today. Remember, we’re solely grassroots funded, so that means I’m relying on you to hit this goal.
