I don’t know about you, team, but when I think of the ways Senator Cornyn has sold us out, it makes me angry.

While Sen. Cornyn says he cares about health care, protecting people with pre-existing conditions, and lowering drug costs, the facts tell us all he cares about are his special interest donors:

  • Selling Out Texans to Big Pharma -- Sen. Cornyn took over $1.3 million from the pharmaceutical industry and voted to gut a bipartisan effort to rein in prescription drug costs for older Texans.
  • Selling Out Texans With Pre-Existing Conditions -- Sen. Cornyn voted 20 times to repeal the Affordable Care Act -- Politico even called him “repeal’s top salesman.”
  • Selling Out Texas Women -- Sen. Cornyn refused to support the bipartisan Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), leading the effort to block the bill that passed the House with the help of six Texas Republicans.
