Red Cup Rebellion starts TODAY >> [[link removed]]
John–
Ahead of Red Cup Day and another busy winter season, Starbucks corporate made a big holiday announcement: U.S. workers are getting a raise in 2024.
One problem: union organizers like me are excluded from this deal.
It's illegal and Starbucks knows it. A judge already ruled against Starbucks for doing the same thing two months ago , adding to the list of hundreds of unfair labor practices that keeps on growing.
They break the law, and they don't care. And we're FED UP. We're calling on allies to join the fight by telling managers: respect worker organizing and stop violating labor law. Take action NOW >>

Across industries, we've seen strikes like these lead to big wins. Screenwriters and actors went on strike for months and got a deal protecting them from studios looking to exploit AI actors and the move to streaming.
The biggest healthcare strike ended in a tentative agreement that secured a 21% wage increase.
Auto workers showed their power by walking off the job and got the biggest wage increases in their history.
The worker victories nationwide have us fired up. The rebellion against greedy executives across industries is here, and it includes workers as well as customers.
We need you to join us in solidarity: message Starbucks management and tell them to respect worker organizing. [[link removed]]
