Congratulations to People's Alliance candidates Leonardo
Williams, mayor-elect of Durham, and Javiera Caballero and Carl Rist
for their election to the city council!
We look forward to supporting a new council committed to building a
strong collaboration that can deliver our shared progressive vision
for the city.
Sincere thanks and congratulations also to Khalilah Karim, our
third endorsed city council candidate, who did not win her race but
should be proud of her powerful campaign rooted in progressive values.
