Earlier this week Katie reached out to share some back-of-the-napkin math
(literally, it was written on the back of an airplane napkin!) to figure
out how many supporters we needed to close the gap on our $50,000
mid-month goal.

Since Monday, we’ve raised almost 82% of our goal, and that’s thanks to
supporters like you chipping in what they can to our movement. 

But that means we still have to raise just over $9,000 in order to reach
our goal by midnight tonight. 

If just 321 supporters are able to chip in $28 (the average donation to
our campaign) we’ll be able to keep this campaign on track. [ [link removed] ]Can we

As a grassroots-funded movement, Katie refuses to take a single dime of
corporate PAC or federal lobbyist money. Katie’s the only candidate in

money has no place in our politics.
