It’s not the perfect solution but we’ve got good news for you: after a harrowing fall, House and Senate leaders just announced they will avert a government shutdown this weekend with a legislative solution that keeps the lights on through early next year.

But just keeping the government open is a pretty low bar to clear, and Americans deserve leaders who can meaningfully address our biggest problems. And we’d like to know which issues matter most to you.
