The greater our visibility, the fewer hurdles we encounter advocating for our existence.
Dear John
Trans Awareness Week holds profound significance for me as a trans individual. It serves as a powerful reminder of the ongoing need to amplify trans visibility. The greater our visibility, the fewer hurdles we encounter in advocating for our existence. It's a collective effort that requires each and every one of us to foster the transformative change we aspire to see.
So in honor of Trans Awareness Week, please join us in amplifying and listening to the voices of our community. Below, we’ve collected a few stories we feel are important to share, and you can always find a wide range of trans voices at itgetsbetter.org and on our social media platforms.
Thank you for helping us honor our trans community this week, and always.
