Once again, these radical plans have been crafted by the leading far-right policy architect, Stephen Miller. We knew it would be horrific but, folks, it’s worse than most people imagined. The recent New York Times article lays it out clearly:

A key to this strategy is a “blitz” that’s designed to overwhelm immigrants’ rights lawyers, leveraging a range of federal powers to implement, as Miller describes, “the most spectacular migration crackdown,” so extreme that, “the immigration legal activists won’t know what’s happening.”

What Trump and Miller don’t realize is that we’ve known what’s coming for years and — with supporters like you, our partners, and allies — we will continue to lead the fight against these xenophobic and dangerous policies, no matter who proposes them.
