Targeting LGBTQ Americans
Victory Fund logo

John,

Did you see this headline from NBC News?

Advocates tracking over 200 active state bills targeting LGBTQ Americans.

Far too many of these terrible bills are targeting trans youth, trying to limit kids from receiving trans-friendly healthcare or participating in school sports.

Bad Bills across America

Trans people – and especially trans men – are severely underrepresented in our state legislatures, contributing to the onslaught of anti-trans bills we see across the country. With your help, we can elect Sarah McBride as the first openly trans state senator in Delaware history, Stephanie Byers as the first openly trans member of the Kansas state legislature, Kristen Browde as the first openly trans person elected in New York, Davin Sokup as the first trans state senator in Minnesota history, Jill Rose Quinn as the first openly trans elected official in Illinois history and Rosemary Ketchum as the first openly LGBTQ member of the Wheeling City Council in West Virginia. Donate today to stop these anti-LGBTQ bills and elect a new wave of trans candidates!

We can't let this bigotry stand. Will you chip in $10 or more so we can elect LGBTQ champions who will kill these bills?

Thanks again for your support -

LGBTQ Victory Fund has helped thousands of openly LGBTQ candidates win elections up and down the ballot, from sea to shining sea since our founding in 1991. We believe representation is power – so we elected U.S. Senators Tammy Baldwin and Kyrsten Sinema, Governors Jared Polis and Kate Brown, all seven LGBTQ members of U.S. Congress and countless candidates for state and local government, including Virginia Delegate Danica Roem, Colorado state Representative Leslie Herod and Pennsylvania Assemblymember Brian Sims. And with an unprecedented number of LGBTQ people running for office in this year, we’ll need your support to make 2020 the next Rainbow Wave.
