If tomorrow the Republican Party began officially denying the existence of gravity, I wouldn't be all that shocked.

After all, these are the same people who STILL smugly refuse to acknowledge that climate change exists.

The GOP has long since abandoned any semblance of allegiance to truth. That’s why they try to frame anyone who wants to combat the climate crisis or stop gun violence as some kind of ultra-left-wing extremist.

Don't accept their frame.

Physics isn't partisan, even if accepting it is.

Democracy isn’t partisan, even if liking it is.

The painful truth is that we can’t afford to keep taking one step forward and two steps back.
