In leaked deposition video from earlier this week, Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis and conspiracy theorist Sidney Powell detail to Georgia authorities the plan inside the White House to stay in power after losing the 2020 election:

"The boss is not going to leave.”

The plan to overturn the results in the courts was failing because there was zero evidence of fraud or misconduct. (Note: that’s because there wasn’t any…) The plan for Trump to “not leave” then rested solely on Congressional Republicans, led by Jim Jordan, who intended to reject the states’ valid and certified final results.

Jim Jordan knew that all of this was completely bogus, and likely illegal, but he continued to play a key role in White House meetings leading up to the violent Capitol riot on January 6th. There's a pattern here, Jordan is incapable of standing up for what is right. He's weak. He just goes with the flow.

Jordan's GOP colleague Liz Cheney knows Jordan was at fault for the January 6th Insurrection and EXPOSED him:

Cheney said it best: “Jordan was the leader who knew what Donald Trump had planned. Somebody needs to ask Jim Jordan: why didn’t you report to the Capitol Police what you knew Donald Trump had planned? You were in those meetings at the White House.”

As Jim Jordan's Democratic challenger, I am going to hold Jordan accountable for his criminal behavior and for his reckless disregard for anyone but himself, including the students at OSU who suffered because he ignored their reports of sexual abuse.
