By January 1, 2024, all residential property owners and managing agents will be able to use e-Services, our online filing and payment system, to create and manage Minnesota Certificates of Rent Paid (CRPs) online.

Landlords are not required to use e-Services to create 2023 CRPs. However, landlords will be required to use e-Services to create 2024 CRPs.

Current Business Users

If you currently create CRPs using e-Services, you will be able to access and import your data in the same way as previous years. This update includes a new step-by-step process which will be available to all users.
