Arguments and the presentation of evidence are now over in our trial against Texas-based right-wing group True the Vote, and we’re waiting for the judge’s ruling.

Here’s what you need to know: we sued True the Vote for engaging in what we allege to be voter intimidation ahead of the January 5, 2021, runoff election. In and out of the courtroom, we’re working to hold mass challengers accountable and secure relief to protect Georgia voters in future elections. And given this very real threat of mass challenges in 2024 and beyond, the protections that Fair Fight is seeking are more important than ever.

No matter the final outcome of this case, we need to be prepared to address ongoing attempts at voter suppression and intimidation, including additional mass challenges that can strip eligible voters from the rolls or deter challenged voters from turning out in critical elections.
