Dear John,
The Small Business Administration (SBA) is one of the major entities that affects and ultimately can make or break the experience of entrepreneurs and small business owners around the country. Due to the ever-changing nature of the SBA’s policies, understanding and adhering to all the rules that govern owning a business can prove challenging to entrepreneurs, especially those who may not have access to robust legal or finance teams.
To better support entrepreneurs, specifically entrepreneurs of color, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and other Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs), we’ve brought together business experts to break down the most recent SBA rule changes. Join us this Thursday, November 16 at 1PM ET for “Demystifying the New SBA Rules: What This Means for Entrepreneurs of Color,” [[link removed]] a deep dive into the new SBA rule changes and how they can affect the experience of entrepreneurs of color. During the conversation, we’ll learn from business pros with combined decades of experience:
Scott Bossom, Director of Government Guaranteed Lending, SVP, 1st Security Bank
Bruce Dobb, Partner, Concerned Capital
Adrian Ruddock, Vice President of Lending & Business Consulting Services, Metropolitan Economic Development Association (MEDA)
