Dear John,
Over the past three years of the Biden administration, attacks on our faith, families, and freedoms have filled the headlines:
- Federal agencies redefining "sex" to include nonbiological gender identity,
- The rescinding of federal pro-life policies,
- Crisis at the U.S. southern border,
- Attacks on churches and pregnancy resource centers proliferating,
- Skyrocketing inflation after unchecked government spending and borrowing,
- The Justice Dept. (DOJ) colluding with the National School Board Association to intimidate parents who stand up against indoctrination in schools,
- Our military being forced to focus on LGBT ideology and Critical Race Theory instead of their primary purpose: to defend the United States and win wars,
- And the list goes on and on.
It's no wonder a recent Gallup Poll finds that the percentage of Americans who identify as conservatives has reached its highest point in over a decade -- on both social issues and economic policies. That shouldn't bode well for the Left.
Yet, as we saw just last week, when it comes to believers voting for conservative, biblical values, we have much work to do.
As Suzanne Bowdey noted in a recent article on The Washington Stand:
"In one of the more astonishing statistics from Tuesday night, a whopping 24% of self-described 'white evangelical or born-again Christians' supported Ohio's Issue 1, which not only puts the Buckeyes on par with California's abortion extremism but gives the green light to minor transgender surgery -- without parental consent. We're expecting voters to act with moral clarity when the church won't even speak to it."
Too often, believers and pastors across the U.S. have failed to speak up and stand up when radical policies attack our faith, families, and freedom. We've allowed Big Government to push God to the margins rather than living out our calling to honor God in everything that we do.
Since our founding in 1983, Family Research Council has existed to be your voice in the halls of government and a resource for believers in the pews and pulpits to be informed and engaged on moral issues.
In 2024, the truths we live by must be proclaimed -- and we must take effective action.
FRC has an active network of thousands of congregations and ministries in the United States, helping pastors rediscover their voices so they can spark their congregants to step into their God-given roles.
Today, we need to know: one year out from critical national elections, what issues are most important to you? As you think about your faith, your family, and your freedoms -- what do you hope churches and candidates address? Click below to submit your survey responses now.

Once you do, please consider donating your best gift to fuel FRC's mission to equip the Church to stand for faith, family, and freedom.
In a time when most of the power players in mainstream media and social media appear to hold a leftist ideology, breaking through viewpoint censorship is increasingly difficult.
This reality is why, over a decade ago, detecting the rise of the cancel culture, FRC launched the daily Washington Watch program -- to inform and mobilize truth-seekers like you.
We went straight to the heartland with unfiltered interviews and uncensored analysis from a biblical worldview. And the reach has multiplied beyond any expectations.
In addition to over 800 radio stations carrying FRC's daily program, Washington Watch has become a popular TV program in recent years. The show airs on Real Life Network, Dove Channel, NRBTV, LiftableTV, and HisChannel and is simulcast online.
It's a significant investment -- but we are reaching disengaged believers exactly where they need to encounter truth.
Together, we're making a culture-shaping impact!
Look no further than our Pray Vote Stand Summit that FRC (and our sister organization, FRC Action) hosted in Washington, D.C., to activate informed and engaged citizens.
While mobilizing and informing the faithful was the primary purpose, FRC also sought to inject truth and light into the 24/7 news cycle through this event held in the nation's capital.
It succeeded on that front! From ABC to Reuters, from Axios to the Associated Press, every major media outlet ran stories from our Pray Vote Stand Summit -- showing that Christian conservatives matter in the national conversation.
Right now, your voice matters, too. Can you help us in two strategic ways to jumpstart this critical work of education and engagement?
First, can you take two minutes and respond to the five-question 2024 Issues Survey? Your response will help inform our efforts about how to prioritize the messages that matter most.
Second, will you support this work of activating the faithful to be engaged citizens? Your financial support in this hour fuels FRC's work to help embolden leaders to bring clarity on the issues affecting our faith. A donation opportunity follows the brief survey.

If we miss what is at the heart of today's multiple national crises, we will still lose this country. We must understand what is happening from a higher vantage point!
That's why a spiritual and biblical perspective was central at FRC's Pray Vote Stand Summit. Along with thousands gathered on-site, tens of thousands of spiritually active, governance engaged conservatives tuned in to various TV and news media outlets.
Possibly the most important message they heard was the example of pastors willing to preach and stand upon the truth of God's Word.
Public officials have often asked me: "Tony, why do pastors want us to vote on and speak about issues they won't preach about from the pulpit?"
At this national summit, pastors -- including Jack Hibbs of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, Cornerstone Chapel's Gary Hamrick, and Bishop Vincent Mathews -- addressed moral and spiritual crises facing our nation, showing the church what prophetic voices sound like.
We've sown the seeds. Now the work of helping churches engage our culture in a biblically sound way -- including their local communities and critical moral issues -- must advance.
As we seek to faithfully follow Jesus in our lives, let's keep elected officials (and candidates) in our prayers. It's for the good of all that we express our faith in the public square.
Thank you in advance for your faithful support!
