Kitsap County MD Enters Agreed Order

OLYMPIA, WA ? In November 2023, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) entered into an agreed order regarding the license of William M. Bauer, MD (License #00035422).

In November 2022, the WMC issued a statement of charges which alleged Dr. Bauer failed to properly diagnose and treat a patient and had substandard medical recordkeeping. Under the order, Dr. Bauer is required to successfully complete a clinical competency assessment and follow all recommendations.
