Hi John — it’s Jevin Hodge.
Last year, I ran for Congress in one of the toughest races in our state. Political experts and national organizations counted us out — but thanks to incredible grassroots support, we came within 1% of flipping AZ-01 blue.
It was the smallest voting margin in Arizona.
The second smallest margin was in AZ-06, in the southeast corner of our state.
Kirsten Engel – a mom, teacher, and environmental lawyer – ran against Juan Ciscomani, a glorified Republican puppet. Like us, she was counted out. But she proved on Election Day that with a little more support, she could turn this seat blue.
I’m thrilled that Kirsten is once again running for this seat. And I’m even more thrilled that her campaign is already getting national attention.
Kirsten can win this race. She’ll be a crucial voice for Arizona’s working families, seniors, and veterans in Congress. And she can be part of the coalition that helps us take back control of the House.
But first, she needs our grassroots support to win.
In a race where a handful of votes might decide the outcome, every dollar matters. Kirsten is working hard to build a winning campaign, but she’ll need our support. Will you join me in supporting her by donating now?
