Friend, huge congratulations are in order for our newly elected municipal Democrats, including Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato and Bethel Park’s newest Councilmember, our very own Viola Garis!

Last week wasn’t just a victory for Western Pennsylvania Democrats — it was a win for gender equity.

Sara Innamorato is now the first woman to lead Pennsylvania’s second-largest county. And for the first time since 1996, we elected a new Councilmember in Viola to continue the vision of Democratic progress in Bethel Park’s 8th Ward.

These wins are a testament to the impact of starting early, knocking doors aggressively, and mobilizing a dedicated team of grassroots supporters who will see our campaigns through to victory.

And in 2024, that’s exactly how we’ll flip the Pennsylvania Senate.
