Our Salary Survey Has Launched

PEAK Grantmaking knows that having current salary data from grants professionals representing philanthropic organizations of all types, sizes, and locations is critical to empowering members of our community to effectively advocate for workplace practices as well as salaries and benefits for themselves and their teams.

Today, we are pleased to launch PEAK’s 2023 salary survey and ask you to both participate and encourage colleagues to do the same. We also welcome philanthropy professionals who are not current members to take the survey.

This year’s survey goes beyond asking for traditional information about salaries and benefits to asking respondents to share information about their grantmaking practices. Why? The additional data we’ll collect will allow us to provide important context that will make the ensuing report more relevant and actionable.

Completing the survey should take no more than 10–15 minutes, and the survey will remain open until Friday, December 8. Thank you in advance for being a part of this important benchmarking effort!

Should you have any questions or challenges with the survey, please reach out to Programs and Events Specialist Kristen Craig.

The report will be available in late February, and all Organization and Consultant Members will be able to access it free of charge. The cost to Individual Members will be $100 and $200 to those who aren’t PEAK members. Anyone who completes the survey and provides their email address will receive a code for a 25 percent discount.
