November 14, 2023 ? 20002-127-ET-23 and 20003-223-ET-23 (Record No. 17278). Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission?s (Commission) Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is schedule regarding the Joint Application of Cheyenne Light Fuel and Power Company (CLFP) and Black Hills Power, Inc. (BHP) d/b/a Black Hills Energy. (BHE or the Company) for authority to establish a Low Carbon Surcharge Tariff and rate. The public hearing is set to commence on Thursday December 14, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission?s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
