Companies, CEOs, and managers profiting from the American workforce should not get away with union-busting. In fact, union-busting itself has become a multi-million dollar industry. So, instead of pouring profits into supporting workers, companies pour profits into tactics that stifle union membership.
We are calling on Congress to pass the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act, which would implement legal protections for people working towards unionization.
