Dear friend,
Over the past few months, more than 20 brave women have taken legal action with the Center for Reproductive Rights and courageously shared their personal stories to fight back against the abortion bans that caused them unthinkable trauma.
People will die if the laws don't change—and these women are fighting back. [[link removed]]

These brave women have joined our legal actions in Texas, Tennessee, Idaho, and Oklahoma after being denied abortions and having to wait until they were on death’s door or travel out-of-state to receive essential, often lifesaving medical care.
And just today, seven more women joined our case in Texas. We know that there are countless others across the country who have gone through similar dangerous and heartbreaking experiences and that the stories from these women are just the tip of the iceberg.

These women are now reliving their trauma in the media and in court. No one should have to do that, but they are—to save others from the same fate... and to hold their states accountable for the suffering these laws are causing.
Texas, Oklahoma, Idaho, Tennessee, and many other states hostile toward abortion care have shown again and again that they will do anything to preserve their shameful abortion bans—even if it means putting women's lives at risk.
Join the Center in thanking these brave women for stepping up to fight abortion bans. [[link removed]]
