November Happenings at Alliance For Children

Arlington Campus Ribbon Cutting

On October 25th, the expanded and renovated Arlington Centers were officially unveiled! Agency supporters and community members joined us in celebration that morning through an insightful program, light bites, personal tours, and fellowship with friends past and present. This is the third, and final, piece of our Capital Campaign.

Thank you to everyone who made this successful campaign a reality and have ensured healing for child abuse victims in Northeast Tarrant County for years to come!

Christmas is Coming!

When resources are already stretched thin, the holidays can be an especially stressful time for the families we serve. Our pop-up shop, Christmas Connection, empowers protective caregivers to shop for children in their care at no cost.

Using a point system, the caregiver self-selects special, unique gifts for each child in their care such as bikes, Airpods, Legos, dolls, playhouses, games, and more! Thanks to people like you, our families can enjoy a stress-free holiday season!

Want to start shopping early or volunteer for the event? Use the link below to contribute or contact Abby Sanchez at [email protected].

Santa's Workshop will be under construction beginning Saturday, December 2.

A Not-So Spooky Halloween

On October 24th, kiddos in our clinical services participated in a Trunk-or-Treat event across all three centers! It was a fun-filled night with arts and crafts, carnival games, a cake walk, and, of course, candy!

On Halloween day, our staff and partners celebrated with a costume contest that chilled us to our bones! We're always on call for Tarrant County's children, even in costume. Check out the spook-tastic costumes that haunted the halls of all of our centers!
