Although voters in many states have already gone to the polls during primary season, there are still too many citizens that are not yet registered to vote. And this is where nonprofits come in. 

501(c)(3)s, including foundations, have many opportunities to ensure that their communities are well-represented at the ballot box. There are rules for conducting and funding voter registration drives, but nonprofits don’t need to avoid these activities. Bolder Advocacy is here to help you understand these rules! This new resource provides some do’s and don’ts so you know what's possible and how best to structure your activities this election season.
