Last month was a hard month. Not only did we see how chaotic the House of Representatives could be with no leadership, but we also fell short of our grassroots fundraising number.
It was a bit like a one-two punch. Extremists in Congress think they can get away with mismanaging the House. I hate to say it, but if we don't meet our fundraising goals each month, they may be right.
Will you please chip in now toward our mid-month goal so that we can ensure we're on track for November?
If Democrats are going to take back the House, we're going to have to win close races. The race to represent Georgia's 2nd District is the closest congressional race in the state this cycle, and I’m going to need your help to ensure we can win.
We can't embolden the extremists. We have to hold them accountable and take back the Speaker's gavel. And we have to return the House to doing the business of the American people.
