As the leaves fall in another beautiful Denver autumn, my campaign continues to gain momentum. I am energized by the array of community events that make our city so vibrant.
[[link removed]] I'm reaching out to share a few recent moments where I had the privilege of connecting with our community—a reminder of why I am running for Denver District Attorney and why I need your support.
At the Rose Andom Center's annual gala, I witnessed the strength of domestic violence survivors and the power of community support. As your next DA, I will fight tirelessly for victims of domestic violence, ensuring they have the resources to rebuild their lives.
Earlier this week, I spent an evening at a Dia De Los Muertos event, Las Calaveritas, sponsored by Colorado’s El Comercio Newspaper at the Denver Art Museum. This event wasn't just about celebrating tradition; it was a reminder of the role of justice in healing and honoring our loved ones who have passed. [[link removed]]
[[link removed]] And at a recent Diwali celebration with friends, colleagues, and former colleagues, reminded me of the principle that guides that celebration and also our shared vision for Denver: the victory of light over darkness. This festival symbolizes our collective aspiration for a community where every individual can thrive, free from the shadows of crime and injustice.
I am deeply committed to our Denver community, but bringing about real change requires more than one person—it requires all of us. That's why I'm asking for your contribution today.
