Join us, Friend, as we celebrate Transgender Awareness Week!
This week, November 13-19, marks Transgender Awareness Week — a week for all of us to focus on amplifying transgender voices, raising awareness of their challenges, and celebrating the experiences and stories of the trans community. It provides a time to honor the trans community by promoting visibility and acceptance by helping others learn more, empathize with trans struggles, and contribute to a more inclusive and affirming society.
For us here at The Trevor Project, this week holds special significance as we strive to expand supportive spaces for trans young people. We have created a series of resources to facilitate learning, listening, and meaningful conversations. By learning more about the experiences of trans young people, you support our mission to end suicide among LGBTQ young people.

We’re also creating a space encouraging allies to learn more and advocate for trans equality. We recognize that building an inclusive world requires collective effort, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone, regardless of gender identity, is embraced with respect, dignity, and love.
